Best paired with iced tea, matcha, or any beverages that could use a little extra vibrance & creaminess! A touch of extra salt is also the key to bringing out the bold matcha flavour and tea base :)

Ingredients(for 2 cups portion):
•⁠  ⁠60ml oat creamer or heavy whipping cream
•⁠  ⁠4g ceremonial matcha
•⁠  ⁠0.7g salt
•⁠  ⁠10g honey

Instructions:
-Sift 4g ceremonial matcha into a cup or small pitcher to remove any clumps.
-Add 60ml oat creamer (or heavy whipping cream), 10g honey, and 0.7g salt.
Froth with an electric frother or milk frother until smooth, creamy, and lightly foamy.
Pour over your favourite iced tea, matcha, or milk-based drink and enjoy.

For the dairy-free version, the foam won't be quite as fluffy unless you're using a nitro canister, but it will still create a smooth and creamy topping that's perfect for at-home drinks.
