The Base
• 14g Rose Osmanthus Jasmine tea leaves
• 350ml water to boil
• 120ml oat barista milk
Salted Honey Matcha Foam
• 60ml oat creamer
• 4g ceremonial matcha
• 1.5g salt
• 12g honey
To prepare:
1. Brew the tea base at 70–80°C for 7 mins, then strain and let cool while you prepare the rest
2. Add all foam ingredients and whisk with an electric frother until light and foamy*
3. Fill your cup with ice, pour in the tea base, then top with @earthsown oat milk 🫶🏻
