About Melt Confectionary | With the experience from being part of the beloved Thomas Haas team, Kate decided to further pursue her chocolatier dream by starting Melt just a few years ago. As much as Kate loves chocolate, she enjoys playing around with different ingredients and flavours. Not only she would infuse these flavours into her very own chocolates, she also used to be part of the flavour development team in Rain or Shine, another local favourite go-to for ice cream!
