Every eligible item comes with one ticket. Each ticket includes entries based on the item purchased:

• 1 entry — any Japanese tea drink, pastry, popcorn, chocolate, teaware, or featured partner café item.
• 2 entries — 30g ceremonial matcha, 50g hojicha, genmaicha, or baking matcha powder, 50g Japanese loose leaf tea, or a bamboo whisk.
• 4 entries — 100g hojicha, genmaicha, or baking matcha powder, or 100g Japanese loose leaf tea.
• 10 entries, the Golden Ticket — 100g ceremonial matcha.

Yes. Each ticket counts as the number of entries printed on it, and the free entry is available once per person per day.

Weekly prize winners are contacted each Tuesday starting August 3, and the grand prize winner is announced after the contest closes on August 31, 2026.

We post the winning raffle ticket code on Instagram stories, and we contact winners directly using the details they provided. To claim a prize you will need to:

• Correctly answer a skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law
• Confirm your contact details within 14 days

In store, you receive a physical ticket with your order. For shipped orders, we include a ticket with your package. A free daily entry is also available online.

Unfortunately you will need to present the matching ticket to claim a prize, so keep it somewhere safe until the contest closes.

No. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Travel details for the grand prize are arranged directly with the winner.
