Strawberry London Fog

Ingredients
- 5g Earl Grey tea powder
- 60ml hot water (for whisking the tea)
- 1-2tsp sugar syrup, to taste
- 60g strawberry puree or strawberry jam
- 160g ice

200ml milk
Instructions
- Whisk 5g Earl Grey powder with 60ml hot water until smooth and fully dissolved, then set aside.
- In your cup, add 60g stirred strawberry mix to the bottom.
- Add 160g ice directly over the strawberry layer.
- Pour 200ml milk over the ice, then drizzle on your syrup.

Gently pour the Earl Grey tea shot over the top for a layered look.
Notes
- Always stir the strawberry mix before using as natural separation is normal.
- For a more dramatic layered effect, pour the tea shot slowly over the back of a spoon.
