Toasty Thai Tea ft. Cinnamon Foam

Brew up a hot Thai tea and add a sprinkle of spice! This cozy, flavourful drink is not only fun to make but also a tasty way to enjoy a little self-care, with cinnamon adding a sweet, health-boosting twist.
- Small stove top pot
- Measuring cups
- Teaspoon
- 12 oz serving cup
- Hand-held milk frother
- Small strainer
- 3-4 tsp Chatramue Extra Gold Thai Tea (or 4 tea bags)
- 200 ml Water
- 1.5-2 TBSP Condensed milk
- 1 TBSP Whipping cream (optional)
- Splash oat/dairy milk (optional)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
In the stove-top pot, bring the water to a boil.
Once the water is boiling, immediatly turn off the heat and add in the gold Thai Tea and stir the tea/tea bags until all the tea is fully submerged.
Cover the pot with the lid and allow it to steep for 4.5 minutes.
In the serving cup, add in the condensed milk. Then carefully strain the steeped Thai tea into the serving cup. Stir well to combine.

Optional (but highly recommended):
1.) Add a splash of milk to your tea and top it off with a dash of cinnamon.
or
2.) Using the hand-held frother, froth the whipping cream until it reaches a smooth consistency (canned whipped cream works as well!). Spread it evenly on top of your tea latte, and lightly dust with cinnamon. Enjoy!
