Jasmine Matcha Swirl Bark

If you're a fan of sweet treats and juicy strawberries, we've infused our favourite teas into a juicy and decadent chocolate bark!
- Measuring spoons
- Heat proof jars
- Parchment paper
- Small shallow container
- 1.5 Cups White chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP Ceremonial matcha powder
- 1 TBSP Jasmine green tea powder
- 1 Cup Fresh strawberries (washed and sliced)
Evenly split the white chocolate between the two microwave safe cups and microwave the chocolate in 10 second increments until fully melted. Set aside.
Use the parchment paper to line the container and lay down a layer of sliced strawberries.
In the cups with the white chocolate, stir in the jasmine powder in one and the sift in the matcha powder in the other. Make sure both chocolates are throughly stirred.
Pour the infused chocolate(one at a time) into the container with the strawberries and refrigerate it for at least an hour.
Once it is done cooling, carefully remove the chocolate bark from the parchment paper and enjoy!
Best enjoyed within 2-3 days to ensure freshness from the tea flavours and strawberries. Make it a head of time and bring it to your next gathering or picnic!
