Iced Genmaicha Adzuki Latte

Adzuki (red bean) paired with our toasty genmaicha tea powder is the perfect combination of cozy Japanese flavours. Red beans often contains fiber and potassium and aids in a healthy heart!
- Serving glass
- Teaspoons
- Measuring cups
- Chawan
- Bamboo whisk
- 2 TBSP Adzuki (red bean) (*cooked)
- 200 ml Oat Milk
- 2 tsp Brown sugar (or 1 TBSP of liquid honey)
- 3 tsp Genmaicha tea powder (+ pinch of sea salt)
- 75 ml Hot water
- 1 Cup Ice cubes
In the serving glass, layer your drink by covering the bottom with the adzuki beans.
Carefully add in the ice, followed by the oat milk and set aside.

In the chawan, whisk together the genmaicha tea powder, pinch of sea salt and 75ml of hot water. Whisk in the brown sugar until well combined.
If using liquid honey as your sweetener:
Mix the honey with a fork or spoon to prevent your whisk from becoming sticky.
Gently pour the prepared tea shot over the ice, milk and red beans and stir well before sipping!
