Cinnamon-y Iced Matcha Chai



Our take on the popular and spicy matcha chai! Made for those who have a love for cinnamon and spices with an infusion of bright matcha.



  • Small shallow bowls
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving glass
  • Bamboo whisk


  • 1 tsp Spicy chai powder
  • 3-4 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Ceremonial matcha
  • 100 ml Hot water (split into 2 (50ml each))
  • 200 ml Oatmilk (or your choice of milk!)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes


  1. In your shallow bowl, combine the spicy chai powder and the first 50ml of hot water. Gently whisk until the powder is dissolved. Then whisk in the brown sugar. Set aside.

  2. With the serving glass, pour in the prepared chai tea shot followed by the ice and oatmilk.

  3. Prepare the matcha shot by whisking the ceremonial matcha and the remainder of hot water in the shallow bowl.

  4. Gently, top of the serving glass with the matcha shot and carefully stir the drink before enjoying!



To ensure that you experience all the delicious tea flavours, stir the drink well before consuming! We recommend capturing the beautiful layering of the two tea powders before mixing.
