Bailey's Mango Hojicha Sundae

A sundae that was made for our fun adults! As you indulge in each bite, notice the subtle mango aroma as it melts into a vanilla - Irish cream infusion.
- 8 oz Serving cup
- Chawan
- Bamboo whisk
- Spoon
- Ice cream scoop
- 3.5 tsp Mango hojicha powder
- 25 ml Hot water
- 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 Scoop Vanilla ice cream
In the chawan, whisk together the mango hojicha powder and 25 ml of hot water.
Add the 1 oz of Bailey's to the mango hojicha shot and use a spoon to mix well. Refrain from whisking the irish cream as it will decrease the longevity of your bamboo whisk.
Grab your serving glass and add a scoop of your favourite vanilla ice cream.
Gently pour the mango hojicha - liquor shot over the ice cream. Now get ready to indulge with a spoon!
Enjoy responsibly and don't forget to make a serving for your friends and family!
Although we usually sweeten our tea shots, we omitted sugar in this recipe as the vanilla ice cream and Bailey's have sweet flavour profiles.
